How to Use

Directions to user 

WASH

    • Wash your hands and rinse the cup with warm water

    FOLD AND HOLD

    • Press the sides of the cup together. Then fold the cup in half. Hold the folded sides firmly between your thumb and forefinger

        

    RELAX AND INSERT
    • Gently separate the labia with your free hand. Push the curved edge of the folded cup into the vaginal opening

    REMOVE
    • Wash your hands well with water and soap. Pull the stem gently until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base of the cup to release the seal & then pull down

    EMPTY
    • Empty it in the toilet, wash it well with water and re-insert
